- How can employment branding can increase the ROI of recruitment and retention programs
- How to build your employment brand
You will also learn:
- How to establish a value proposition and brand promise statements for your company.
- How to develop specific action plans (complete with time frames and accountability matrix)
- How to conduct an environmental scan of your organization, which includes the specific steps in the process to assess your brand and create a gap analysis to move from the current state to desired state.
Throughout this training course, case studies and best practices will be presented to show how organizations have implemented many of these steps to identify and build their employment brand.
