He is the author of Deciding Who Leads: How Executive Recruiters Drive, Direct & Disrupt the Global Search for Leadership Talent (April 2008, Davies-Black Publishing), a groundbreaking new book exploring the global executive search consulting business and its influence on corporate management succession and organizational performance.
A former editor of Kennedy’s Executive Recruiter News, Mr. McCool writes as a contributor and online columnist for BusinessWeek, as senior contributing editor for ExecuNet and as the featured columnist for search-consult, The International Executive Search Magazine.
