KCSG Managing Director Tom Rodenhauser has spent more than 15 years analyzing hundreds of consultancies and developing one of the world’s deepest networks of senior-level consultants.

As the former leader of Kennedy Consulting Research & Advisory, Mr. Rodenhauser leverages his own extensive industry knowledge with Kennedy’s 35-year legacy of highly referenced analysis of the consulting industry. This combination of industry expertise and individual networks puts KCSG at the forefront in helping clients acquire and retain world-class consulting talent.
Mr. Rodenhauser has more than 23 years experience in consulting services, corporate marketing and development, and journalism. Prior to joining Kennedy, he was an independent advisor to the management consulting and IT services industries, working with many of the world's best-known consultancies on growth strategies and market assessments.
In previous corporate and advisory positions, Mr. Rodenhauser has consulted with several leading business schools on marketing and development programs; he has also worked on the marketing strategies for several Fortune 500 companies in the retail and manufacturing sectors. Mr. Rodenhauser holds a BA in Journalism from The Ohio State University.

KCSG Advisory Partner Julie Melvin has more than 20 years of executive recruiting experience in the professional services and management consulting arena. Based in the Chicago area, Ms. Melvin has successfully completed a number of national searches at the Vice President/Managing Director/Partner and Practice Leader level. She has also fulfilled numerous mid and senior level management roles for Fortune 1000 companies.
Julie Melvin
Ms. Melvin’s industry and functional areas of specialty include: healthcare, legal, financial services, consumer and industrial products, telecommunication, and pharmaceutical. Functional experience includes IT, operations/supply chain, labor, finance, valuations, M&A, economics, marketing, legal, sales, forensic accounting, disputes, fraud, R&D, and digital evidence/discovery.

She was previously the director of experienced hire recruitment at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and started her career as an executive recruiter with the retained search firm M. Wood & Co. in Chicago. Ms. Melvin has a B.S. in Business Administration from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, VA.
