About the Presenter:

Mark Berger, C.P.C., AIRS CIR, has been in recruiting and staffing since 1979. He is currently the proprietor of Swat Recruiting, a firm supporting the technology needs of the recruiting and staffing industry. He has been heavily involved in Internet recruiting since its inception and has become an expert on recruiting and sourcing products and services available to the recruiting industry.
Mark also has a high level of expertise in recruiter databases (ATS’s), including how these products add to the bottom line. Since 1998, he has authored the Internet Recruiting column appearing monthly in The Fordyce Letter; and is a regular contributor to Top Echelon’s Networking News, Hireability’s Newsletter, IPA Newsletter, and Employment Marketplace. Mark has taken AIRS I/II and SearchLab training and has obtained the AIRS CIR designation. He is also on the board of directors for the Mid-America Association of Personnel Services.
