  • How to identify and effectively communicate the metrics that are important to your organization.
CD 3: Moving from Strategy to Implementation
The third session pulls the package together to create an EVP and employment brand that is authentic and congruent to organizational culture. You’ll define:
  • How to evaluate your cultural diagnostic to ensure that it is congruent with your values
  • Roles and responsibilities of key team members
  • The role of marketing or external recruitment advertising firms
  • Timelines and accountability matrix for building a brand
  • Selling a branding effort to the C suite
