CD 3:
Moving from Strategy to Implementation
The third session pulls the package together to create an EVP and employment brand that is authentic and congruent to organizational culture. You’ll define:
- How to evaluate your cultural diagnostic to ensure that it is congruent with your values
- Roles and responsibilities of key team members
- The role of marketing or external recruitment advertising firms
- Timelines and accountability matrix for building a brand
- Selling a branding effort to the C suite
