Recruiting Metrics Made Easy

Presented by: John Vlastelica, Managing Director, Recruiting Toolbox, Inc.

Thursday, February 19, 2009 at 1 p.m.(ET)

There are an estimated 50 different metrics recruiters could use to measure recruiting efforts. But realistically, who has that kind of time?! In an industry where efficiency rules, you need to know which metrics are the most important - the ones companies are actually using - and how to use them most effectively.
This convenient webinar offers practical, real-world advice aimed at helping you determine how you measure up to your goals and expectations, instances where you might exceed them - and most important, where there is room for improvement. Join us on February 19 and learn today’s essential recruiting metrics designed to help recruiters demonstrate progress to superiors, secure funding for strategies and accurately gauge efforts to those of other organizations. More specifically, you’ll learn:
  • How to effectively measure recruiting costs, speed, quality, and constituent satisfaction
  • The problems with traditional metrics like time to fill, cost per hire, and hiring manager satisfaction scores
  • Best practice alternatives to get at the critical measures you need to effectively measure your recruiting performance
As an added bonus, each participant will receive a worksheet containing key metric formulas to get you started immediately.
Can’t make February 19th? Register now and receive access to the full recorded event following its conclusion and listen to it at your leisure from anywhere with web access!
